Alabama Vs. Mississippi State Score: Crimson Tide Lead Bulldogs, 7-0, In Defensive Battle

Offense is at a premium between the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Mississippi St. Bulldogs. The Tide should be no stranger to this after last week's game against the LSU Tigers. The Bulldogs entered the game allowing just under 19 points, which makes the 7-0 Alabama lead not much of a surprise.

Eddie Lacy put the Crimson Tide in a 7-0 lead on a two-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. But that's almost literally all the offense in the game. The two teams have combined for 107 total yards of offense, 92 belonging to Alabama.

Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron has 70 passing yards on 6-of-12 passing while Trent Richardson and Lacy have combined to rush for 38 yards. Mississippi State, meanwhile, has 15 passing yards. The running attack sits at zero with 18 positive yards and negative-18 yards.
