Though a good portion of the game between the Boise State Broncos and Wyoming Cowboys was as uneventful as any one-sided beatdown, it was full of exciting plays. After Doug Martin capped off a 17 play, 87 yard drive and the Broncos forced the Cowboys to punt, the Broncos set up with a 1st and 10 at the Wyoming 46 yard line with eight seconds to go. Kellen Moore threw an incompletion to Tyler Shoemaker on first down, but the clock didn't expire.
So the Broncos had a chance to just kill the clock and take a 7-7 tie into the second half. Naturally, this meant Moore was going to lob a pass exactly 46 yards into the endzone, where it was tipped a couple times, only to interrupt Matt Miller who, at the time, was enjoying a nice lounge on the plane to cross into the endzone. The ball fell right into Miller's hands after being tipped, and Boise State had an improbable touchdown as time expired in the first half - probably the best hail mary you'll see this year. Video after the jump.
