↵↵Oregon All-American Cliff Harris had until Tuesday to pay a traffic fine, after missing his latest court appearance for speeding and driving with a suspended license - now his grand total in unpaid citations is at least $8,527.50.
↵↵For those keeping count, that’s about $500 a month. Maybe Harris can get a university employee to help pay.
