The TCU Horned Frogs looked as if they were finished at the end of the third quarter. After all, they were down, 47-23, and had been shredded by Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin for five touchdown passes. But in the fourth quarter, the Horned Frogs are pitching a shutout and have scored 25 points.
TCU Vs. Baylor Score: Horned Frogs Take 48-47 Lead Late In 4th Quarter
TCU quarterback Casey Pachall has led the Frogs to three straight touchdown drives, all for touchdown receptions. They made the two-point conversion on the first two touchdowns, but failed on the third one that would have tied the game.
However, the Frogs took advantage of a fumble by Robert Griffin III and converted the turnover into points. The offense stalled on Baylor's 10-yard line and had to settle for a Ross Evans 27-yard field goal.
More than four minutes remain in the game. This one isn’t over by a long shot.
