Juron Criner is questionable for the Arizona Wildcats upcoming game against the Stanford Cardinal.
Juron Criner Questionable Vs. Stanford Despite Improvement
Criner, Arizona’s top offensive weapon, has been able to run this week and seems to be showing improvement this week. Unfortunately for the Wildcats, however, he hasn’t been cleared to practice yet.
Coach Mike Stoops said on Wednesday that the team would hopefully find out more later Thursday regarding Criner’s status for Stanford’s game, but he did mention that Criner being able to run is “a positive step.”

When asked if Criner had had an appendectomy on a Tuesday conference call, Stoops denied the claim. A day later, he reversed field.
An appendectomy is the removal of one’s appendix and is is normally performed as an emergency procedure, when the patient is suffering from acute appendicitis.
