What we mostly need to know about the 2012 LSU Tigers spring game is that Zach Mettenberger looked all right as the team's No. 1 passer, throwing for 270 yards, two touchdowns and two picks. He played a little bit more than a half.

Alfred Blue led the way on the ground, picking up 73 yards on nine attempts. The theme continued for other Tigers backs, with Kenny Hilliard and Spencer Ware combining to gain 91 yards on 16 carries. Jarvis Landry caught 120 yards, and Odell Beckham was good for 115 via the air.
On defense, defensive back Ronald Martin led the way with eight tackles, followed by linebacker Ronnie Feist's seven. Ego Ferguson, Lamar Louis, Lamin Barrow and Bennie Logan each picked up five stops. Louis also posted a pick-six.
