The Cardinals' first three drives went for 85 yards or more. Louisville's first touchdown drive went 15 plays, 99 yards, took eight minutes and 21 seconds and resulted in a one-yard touchdown run by Jeremy Wright, plus the two-point conversion.
Senorise Perry scored on a 47-yard touchdown run in the second quarter.
