Another big slate of pro days took place Wednesday. Alabama and Oklahoma highlighted the schedule, but NFL Draft prospects at Central Oklahoma, Cincinnati, Colorado, Colorado State, Louisiana-Monroe, Marshall, Maryland, Michigan State, Rutgers and Washington also showed off in front of scouts. Here are some of the highlights:
Wednesday Pro Day results: Aaron Dobson flies, Desmond Trufant sits on combine results
Alabama and Oklahoma had the biggest pro days Wednesday, but Aaron Dobson boosted his draft stock with a 4.40 40 at Marshall’s Pro Day while stars at Michigan State and Washington chose to sit.

Michigan State: Three of the biggest names for the Spartans--running back Le'Veon Bell, defensive back Johnny Adams and tight end Dion Sims--did not run the 40-yard dash. Likely third-day pick William Gholston had 21 reps on his bench press, which isn't overly impressive for a defensive end.
Rutgers: Wide receiver and former Scarlet Knight (he transferred to Bethune Cookman before the 2011 season) Keith Stroud was not one of them. He had perhaps the best pro day performance of the day, however, posting a phenomenal 11'5" broad jump and 40" vertical jump. As for actual Rutgers players, linebacker Khaseem Greene had a nice day running an unofficial 4.55 in the 40-yard dash. Wide receiver Mark Harrison unfortunately had to sit out due to a foot injury.
Maryland: Kevin Dorsey, a 6'2, 210-pound wide receiver did well in the 40-yard dash, clocking in at 4.48 seconds. Defensive lineman A.J. Francis was less impressive, however. His 24 reps of 225 pounds in the bench press were seen as a big disappointment.
Cincinnati: Tight end and Combine-invitee Travis Kelce was held out due to an ailment. Running back George Winn participated, however, and improved his 40-time from the Combine from 4.75 seconds to 4.46 seconds. Outside linebacker Walter Stewart also had a great day, running sub-4.6 in the 40 and jumping 37.5 inches in the vertical.
Washington: Cornerback and top Huskies pro prospect Desmond Trufant did not test, opting to sit on his awesome results in Indianapolis. There, Trufant ran a 4.38 40 - the third fastest time amongst cornerbacks. The likely first-round pick did work through positional drills and interviewed with interested teams.
Colorado: Tight end Nick Kasa opted not to run Wednesday. It is unclear whether offensive tackle David Bakhtiari did, either. Both players reportedly looked good during positional drills in front of 23 NFL teams, according to Tony Pauline of DraftInsider.net.
Marshall: The feature player here was Aaron Dobson, a wide receiver who should be able to go by the end of the second day of the draft. He wasn't able to run at the NFL Combine, waiting until his pro day to show off his speed, and sure enough, he did:

He followed that up with a 4.2, which is going to turn some heads. Not many 6’3 guys can fly that fast. He also jumped 10’1 in the broad jump, had a vertical jump of 35 inches, and benched 16 reps.
Louisiana-Monroe, Colorado State, and Central Oklahoma also had pro days Wednesday, but none have players likely to get drafted.
