The New York Jets will host Tennessee wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson, considered by some to be the top receiving prospect in the draft class, for a pre-draft visit, according to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News.
NFL Draft 2013: Cordarrelle Patterson will visit Jets
Patterson scored five receiving touchdowns, three rushing touchdowns and two return touchdowns in his only season with the Tennessee Volunteers.

Patterson, 6’2, 216 pounds, is certainly one of the most, if not the most, athletic receivers in the class, finishing the 40-yard dash in 4.33 seconds at the 2013 NFL Combine. However, Patterson has just one season of Division I collegiate experience after transferring to Tennessee from Hutchinson Community College.
In his first and only season with the Volunteers, Patterson finished with 46 receptions for 778 yards and five touchdowns, while also contributing three rushing touchdowns, a punt return touchdown and a kick return touchdown.
The Jets added a raw, talented wide receiver in the 2012 NFL Draft when they selected Stephen Hill in the second round. However, Hill finished with just 252 yards receiving and the Jets ended the season with the third-fewest passing yards.
