All Colin Kaepernick, all everything? It's starting to look that way.

It’s hard to believe that San Francisco didn’t start their young quarterback earlier in the year. He is one quarter away from possibly playing for the NFC title.
It's hard to believe that this game started with Kaepernick throwing an interception-returned-for-touchdown to Sam Shields, because since then he has easily been the best player on the field. Early in the fourth quarter, Kaepernick is 15-of-29 passing for 232 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.
That would be impressive enough for a second-year player in his first playoff game, but he's done much more than that. Kaepernick has run for 163 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries as the 49ers lead the Packers 38-24 early in the fourth quarter. That is by far the most rushing yards for a quarterback in playoff history, and also a franchise record for rushing yards by one player in the postseason.
Kaepernick's favorite target, Michael Crabtree, has eight catches for 105 yards and two touchdowns.
Is Aaron Rodgers going to be able to overcome the two-touchdown deficit in the fourth quarter? San Francisco's defense has already contained Rodgers to 158 yards passing, one touchdown and one interception. No matter what, the Packers will need to find a way to get two more touchdowns.
Oh, and also find a way to stop Kaepernick.
