The San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens will await their opponent based on Sunday’s slate of games between the Atlanta Falcons and Seattle Seahawks, and the New England Patriots and Houston Texans.

On Saturday, the Ravens upset the Denver Broncos, picking off a Peyton Manning pass in double overtime to put them in position to kick the game-winning field goal. They managed to do it, and secured the 38-35 win to advance. They know they'll be traveling for the AFC Championship Game, they're just not sure where.
They could travel to Houston to take on the Texans, or they could be paying the New England Patriots in their stadium. At 4:30 p.m. ET, the Patriots will play host to the Texans in a rematch of a game from earlier this season, which the Patriots won big time.
The 49ers had a dominating second half to best the Packers, 45-31. Colin Kaepernick almost hit 200 yards rushing and was the catalyst for San Francisco's success, as Green Bay simply couldn't keep up. They could host a playoff game though, it just depends who wins on Sunday.
The Atlanta Falcons will host the Seattle Seahawks at 1:00 p.m. ET, and if the former wins, the 49ers will travel in the NFC Championship game. If the latter wins, San Francisco will play another one at Candlestick Park.
