The Miami Dolphins overcame two Terrell Owens touchdowns - one legitimate, one very fluky - to secure a 22-14 road victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. They did so on the strength of five field goals from underrated kicker Dan Carpenter.

Up 15-14 in the fourth quarter, Ricky Williams scored from a yard out to give Miami their 22-14 lead. Miami scored 16 unanswered points to close out the game after Owens’ second touchdown gave the Bengals a 14-6 lead in the second quarter.
The Dolphins, in securing the win, improve their record to 4-0 on the road in 2010. They have yet to record a victory at home.
Chad Henne managed out-duel Carson Palmer, despite Palmer’s two touchdowns, thanks to another efficient - albeit imperfect - outing. Henne completed 24 of 37 passes for 217 yards, with one ugly interception. Palmer’s two touchdowns were outweighed by a sloppy 17-of-38 performance for just 156 yards, with an interception to cornerback Sean Smith.
Miami improves to 4-3 on the season in an AFC East division that is extremely competitive. The Bengals, meanwhile, drop their fourth consecutive game and are now 2-5, hovering dangerously close to afterthought status in the AFC North.
