Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Williams was arrested on Friday morning for DUI. He passed a breathalyzer test, but failed the field sobriety test, so it's far from a clear-cut case. The Bucs travel to San Francisco in Week 11 and they will bring Williams with them and he will start, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Mike Williams Will Start For Bucs In Week 11 After DUI Arrest
Bucs HC Raheem Morris met with the team's captains, including QB Josh Freeman and CB Ronde Barber, before making decision to play Williams.
The Bucs don’t have to discipline him -- it can come from the league, if there is any discipline -- so we have no reason to think Williams won’t get his normal number of snaps.
It was reported that Williams was not at the start of Bucs practice on Friday morning but he will apparently start anyway.
