Cowboys Vs. Packers: Aaron Rodgers Improves On 3rd Down QB Rating With TD Pass To Brandon Jackson

It’s been a Sunday night game that’s been dominated by defense through the first quarter of play, but the Packers made the most of their first trip into the red zone. Aaron Rodgers, who the graphic shows has struggled more on 3rd down in 2010 than 2009, hit Brandon Jackson for a nine-yard touchdown on a 3rd down and 2 from the Cowboys’ 9.

The scoring drive was set up by an interception by the Packers’ Sam Shields. What could be expected with a Dallas offense still struggling with the absence of Tony Romo, the Cowboys attack has still been stilted thorough through their first few drives.
