After back-to-back weeks with multiple interceptions, Peyton Manning bounced back in a big way, leading the Indianapolis Colts to a 30-27 win. Manning was nearly-flawless, throwing for 319 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. The Colts took a 21-0 lead into the half, holding off a strong Tennessee rally in the second half while using three Adam Vinatieri field goals to seal the game.

Despite a 21-point deficit, the Titans refused to roll over, scoring 28 second half points and narrowly missing coming from behind for the win. Kerry Collins threw three second half touchdowns, finding a tight end each time. While the Colts kicked field goals in the second half, the Titans scored touchdowns, but couldn’t make the stops necessary to slow-down the Colts in the end.
Reggie Wayne caught four passes for a game-high 106 yards for the Colts. Pierre Garcon had a big night, catching six passes for 93 yards and two touchdowns. Javarris James carried the ball 17 times for 49 yards and a touchdown.
Collins finished the game with 244 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions. Chris Johnson rushed for a game-high 111 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries. Johnson also led the Titan receivers with eight catches for 68 yards. Bo Scaife caught two touchdowns and Craig Stevens added another as Collins looked for his tight ends deep in the red zone.
The Colts improved to 7-6 with the win while the Titans fell to 5-8. Indianapolis hosts the Jacksonville Jaguars next Sunday. Tennessee hosts the Houston Texans next Sunday, as well.
