Mark Sanchez has been perhaps the NFL’s most examined quarterback over the last 16 months. He’s not passing whatever test he’s taking today, at least not so far.
Sanchez drove the Jets into the red zone, then overthrew receivers on three consecutive passes, the last turning into a Justin Tryon interception that erased the Jets’ best chance to score in the first half at Lucas Oil Field.

Rex Ryan and the New York Jets will travel to Indianapolis to take on the Colts on Saturday night in the wildcard round of the playoffs. Ryan’s Jets quickly became one of the best defenses in the league when he arrived last year and he got a lot of credit for the Baltimore Ravens defenses in recent years as well. He’s been very good.
Except against Peyton Manning. The Colts have owned Ryan’s defenses going 5-1 since 2005 with 12 touchdowns and two interceptions and Ryan calls it personal now.
