Dez Bryant Status Update: Dreaded Game Time Decision

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has been working through a quad injury, but has been limited and held out of practices all week long. Bryant has been slapped with the worst thing for fantasy owners, the dreaded "game time decision". He missed Week 2, but played last week and caught 4 passes for 63 yards.

Even if Bryant plays against the Lions, his impact will likely be very minimal. The Lions are currently ranked in the Top 5 against the pass, mostly due to their pass rush from the defensive line. That pass rush looks to get bolstered this weekend too, with the addition of first round pick Nick Fairley. If you have another wide receiver option, you're best bet is to sit Bryant this week. Luckily, it's a 1:00 PM game, so we'll know if he's out or not before line ups need to be set.
