Mark Ingram hobbled to the locker room in what looked to be a significant amount of pain on Sunday night after landing awkwardly on his right heel. After trainers examined him on the sideline, they were unable to get his shoe back on, and he headed to the locker room for further examination. Ingram was reportedly set to undergo x-rays to determine the extent of the injury.

For now, the New Orleans Saints are calling the injury a bruised heel, but that could change with the results of the x-rays. Ingram had been splitting time in the running back rotation for New Orleans, though Darren Sproles was a force on the ground on Sunday night.
