ANIMATED: NFL Ref Ron Winter Trapped Under Pile

NFL referee Ron Winter just lived what I imagine is close to Worst Case Scenario for NFL refs. He found himself at the bottom of the pile after a fumble in the Raves vs. Bengals game.

It’s not just being stuck under a bunch of large football player. Strange things happen at the bottom of the pile.

Here’s the animated GIF:

Ouch. Winter might have a leg-up on the Torrey Smith hair-tackle for most random, painful even of the game. But he got up and has continued to officiate the game. Tough guy.

In an unrelated note, Ray Lewis, who is missing his first game since 2007, did this:

It’s more funny to pretend the two GIFS are related, right?
