NFL Odds And Lines Week 9: Seahawks Vs. Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks play eachother on Sunday after both suffering bad losses last week. The odds makers apparently decided one of those losses was much worse than the other, however, judging by the lines.

The Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys will face off this weekend in a match-up of teams that were blown out in their previous game. Neither team has a winning record this season, but the Week 9 NFL odds favor America's Team in a big way regardless.

The line on Sunday's game at Cowboys Stadium opened with Dallas as a 12½ point favorite, a bit surprising when looking back at their 34-7 loss in primetime to the Philadelphia Eagles last weekend. With the Seahawks losing 34-12 at home against the Cincinnati Bengals, however, the lopsided line begins to makes sense.

The over-under has already gone up a couple of points to 42½, but that isn’t too revealing considering that the teams have combined to go over in 29 of their last 38 games ... especially after each team gave up 34 points apiece in losses last week.
