Prepare yourself to hear a bunch of "LeGarrette Blount punch" jokes. The Tampa Bay running back shoved New Orleans defensive lineman Will Smith in the face during the second half the Saints vs. Bucs matchup on Sunday afternoon.

You see, it’s more of an open-palmed shove than a punch. It’s football. These things happen. Not a *huge* deal.
Of course, Blount is perhaps known as much for the punch he threw on the football field while at Oregon during a game against Boise State back in 2009 as he is for running with a football. That incident ended his season and probably led to him going undrafted in the 2010 NFL draft.
That means people are going to talk about Blount punching people on a football field! This is why Twitter was invented.
