VIDEO: Broncos’ Britton Colquitt Gives Us Punter Fail Of The Week

The Denver Broncos are trailing the Oakland Raiders by a score of 10-7 in the second quarter, but the Raiders were more or less gifted their touchdown. Tim Tebow's been surprisingly great to start the game, but he's not getting a whole lot of help from his punter. Below is video of Broncos punter Britton Colquitt fumbling a snap, then throwing a wild, flailing pass. It's as awesome as it sounds.

In the future, John Fox would probably prefer that his punter simply eats the ball and takes the safety in similar situations. The dropped snap is pretty bad, but the flailing incompletion that gave the Raiders the ball in the red zone is probably even better. This set up a short Carson Palmer touchdown pass to Michael Bush, giving the Raiders a three-point lead.
