There’s a lot of people who would admit that their favorite part about NFL football is their fantasy league and even the people who wouldn’t admit that, would likely say that it’s one of their favorite parts about professional football. When you’re winning, fantasy football just makes the NFL regular season a little more fun than it already is. Of course when you’re losing, that isn’t the case, but we’re going to focus on the players that helped you win in this article.

Just like in every week, there were some outstanding individual performances on Sunday in Week 9 of the 2011 fantasy football league.
Here are five players that were fantasy studs in Week 9.
Aaron Rodgers escaped San Diego with a seven-point win to stay undefeated in what became a shootout between the Chargers and the Packers. However, before the Packers had officially won, Chargers wide receiver Vincent Jackson did quite a bit of damage.
He caught seven passes for 141 yards and three touchdowns and almost single handedly made the Chargers-Packers game a really fun one to watch.

Hey, speaking of Aaron Rodgers, the Green Bay quarterback had a great game in San Diego. He threw for 247 yards, which isn't that big of a deal, but the four touchdowns he threw is a pretty big deal. Aaron Rodgers is having a great season as he had led the Packers to be the only undefeated team at the half-way point of the season and he's joined Drew Brees and Tom Brady as elite fantasy quarterbacks.

Heading into the Falcons' Week 9 matchup against the Colts in Indianapolis, rookie wide receiver Julio Jones had not scored a touchdown despite having two games in which he had over 100 yards receiving. Well, in Indianapolis, Jones had his third 100-yard receiving game and he scored his first touchdown.
He liked the feeling of scoring a touchdown in the NFL so much, he decided that he wanted to score another. And he did. He finished the game with three receptions for 131 yards and two touchdowns.

Heading into Week 9, fantasy owners weren't exactly sure what was going on in the Broncos backfield. Willis McGahee sat out in Week 8 due to a hand injury and his status was unknown. If you picked up Knowshon Moreno thinking that McGahee wouldn't play, I'm sorry. If you started him, I'm really sorry.
McGahee carried the ball 20 times for 163 yards and two touchdowns, one of which iced the game for the Palmer-led Raiders.

I mean, McGahee can’t do it all. He had to have some help and he did.
One week removed from a thrashing at the hands of the Detroit Lions, Tim Tebow and the Broncos upset the Raiders in Oakland. Not only did Tebow throw for 124 yards and two touchdowns (with no interceptions), he carried the ball for an extra 117 yards. If McGahee didn't have such a good game, you could make the case that the best Broncos running back is their quarterback.
