Marshawn Lynch is having himself a game for the Seattle Seahawks and the Philadelphia Eagles have looked powerless to stop him. Lynch twisted and turned through the crowd in the first quarter, emerging from a pile to find the open field and the end zone to break the scoreless tie. He followed the impressive run up by beating the Eagles to the corner on the Seahawks next drive, scoring from 40 yards out to give his team a 14-0 lead.
Seahawks Vs. Eagles Score: Marshawn Lynch, LeSean McCoy Trading Scores
The Eagles offense had been stuck in neutral, but suddenly sprung to life down by two scores. Vince Young did, however, find some kind of a rhythm, though it wasn't too difficult with Riley Cooper so wide-open.
Down inside the five, LeSean McCoy went to work, and two plays later the Eagles were in the end zone. The touchdown cut the Seahawks lead to seven, 14-7.
And that’s where it stands now, with just under seven minutes to go in the second quarter and the Seahawks leading by a touchdown on Thursday Night Football.
