Nnamdi Asomugha Injury: Eagles Corner Injures Head/Neck

Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha went down with a head/neck injury during the game against the Seattle Seahawks. Asomugha was defending Seahawks wide receiver Mike Williams on the play and he went down hard on his head.

As you can see in the .gif, it looks like Williams also fell on Asomugha's head after it hit the ground and bent his neck in an awkward manner. The Eagles will now be short staffed on cornerbacks, having dressed only five for the game. Cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie was inactive for the game. Asomugha was a bit woozy when he got up, it's being called a neck injury at the moment and he is being examined for a head injury (concussion) and his status as it stands is unknown.
