Kansas City Chiefs Employ Buddy System To Thwart Mountain Lion Attack

I don't even know what to think of the Kansas City Chiefs' season anymore. Todd Haley went to see Lil Wayne, their quarterback is Tyler Palko and everything has been all sorts of weird. But nothing is as weird as this story.

↵The Chiefs may have a mountain lion near their practice facility. Todd Haley is making sure everyone has a buddy. We cannot make any of this up.

↵↵“I’ve seen the pictures of that mountain lion, but I’ve heard a couple different rumors of how close it actually was to the vicinity,” Haley said with a half smile. “But it’s got a lot of guys running to their car quick at night, the buddy system’s in use.”

↵↵

The Chiefs already lost to the Detroit Football Lions, no relation to the mountain lion running around, by a 48-3 margin this year, so it's probably good players are teaming up and sprinting to their cars instead of trying to battle the creature head-on.
