Tom Brady Absent From Patriots Practice

Tom Brady missed Patriots practice on Wednesday with an apparent shoulder injury.

Tom Brady spoke to the New England media on Wednesday and even sat down with ESPN's Chris Berman but the Patriots QB didn't say anything about being injured. Later that day Brady missed Patriots practice and in what might be related news Brady had an apparent shoulder injury checked out after last Saturday's game, according to Tom Curran of CSNNE. Brady was seen favoring the injured shoulder leaving the locker room.

But not to worry, Patriots fans. Curran reports Brady was later told he was “all set” which suggests he’s good to go. The injury came to his non-throwing shoulder so it may not necessarily affect his throwing motion.

Brady was limited last week for non-injury reasons so that’s something to keep in mind as well.

The Patriots still have something to play for in Week 17 -- home field advantage in the AFC playoffs. The Patriots host the Buffalo Bills on Sunday afternoon.

Check out SB Nation’s Pats Pulpit for more on the Patriots and Brady’s absence from practice.
