Tom Brady Does Practice On Thursday, Despite Reports

The intrigue surrounding Tom Brady continues. The New England Patriots QB missed practice on Wednesday and the team said it was not injury related. Shortly after that reports surfaced that Brady actually suffered a shoulder injury last weekend against Miami and he went through an MRI, which indicated he was "all set".

On Thursday morning, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Brady would not practice on Thursday.

And later on Thursday....Brady was practicing and “working with the team.” This according to Ian Rapoport of the Boston Herald.

Either way, Brady is still expected to play in Week 17 against the Buffalo Bills, especially after the news that he is practicing. Brady had a day off for non-injury related reasons last week as well.

The team will release the official practice report later on Thursday afternoon.

The Patriots are still looking to wrap up home field advantage throughout the playoffs with a win against Buffalo on Sunday. Check out SB Nation’s Pats Pulpit for more on Brady’s injury and the Patriots in the playoffs.
