Kolb has been trade bait since Michael Vick's renaissance displaced him from the starting quarterback position in Philadelphia, and Arizona, in need of a quarterback of the future after a 2010 season marked by John Skelton and Derek Anderson struggling under center, was always the first partner named.
Flipping Kolb for Rodgers-Cromartie shores up the Eagles' secondary, which has been racked by injuries, and could give the Eagles a stellar trio of cornerbacks if Ellis Hobbs and Asante Samuel can stay healthy.
