Going the other way, Greg McIlroy is not having a good outing for the Jets. In his defense, his receivers and blockers are not having a great game either, but he’s had a couple of extremely errant passes and was lucky to have an interception that was entirely his fault called back for illegal contact.

Winning the game shouldn’t be a major priority for either side since it’s just the preseason. They’ll both work on different aspects of their game they need to work on but both sides will have a priority on one thing -- no injuries.
As SB Nation’s Battle Red Blog points out, the Texans starters will be in for 10-12 plays and they’re hoping on injuries come out.

Brunell will be out for Monday’s game against the Texans with a finger injury on his throwing hand. As SB Nation’s Gang Green Nation points out, it’s not the worst thing in the world if the longtime veteran misses the game.
Brunell is 40 years old and has been playing since 1994. The Jets know what they have in him, but that’s not the case with McElroy and Willy.
