Chiefs Vs. Ravens: Game Time, TV Schedule, Position Battles and More

Matt Cassel will lead the Chiefs against the Ravens in Baltimore on Friday in the second week of the NFL’s preseason schedule.

Chiefs Vs. Ravens

The Chiefs will travel to Baltimore to face Joe Flacco and the Ravens as part of the second week of the NFL's preseason schedule on Friday night. Both teams will be looking to pick up their first preseason win. The Chiefs, coming off a 25-0 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, will look keep their starters in for a longer period of time this week. Last week, quarterback Matt Cassel only played in three series and didn't throw a single pass. On Friday, he and the rest of the starters will likely play the entire first half. It's also possible that Steve Breaston will make his debut as a Chief and join Dwayne Bowe and first-round pick Jonathan Baldwin in the wide receiver corps.

The Ravens, coming off of a 13-6 loss to the Eagles, will be showing off two new weapons for the first time. At wide receiver, Lee Evans will make his first appearance opposite of Anquan Boldin, the team's No. 1 receiver, and will attempt to use his speed to give Flacco a deep threat. Also making his debut with the Ravens is running back Ricky Williams who will backing up Ray Rice. The Ravens defense will also have to attempt to stop their former running back Le'Ron McClain, who signed with the Chiefs in early August after the Ravens signed fullback Vonta Leach.
