The Buffalo Bills have been the darlings of the NFL since taking down the Oakland Raiders last weekend to start the season with a 2-0 record. They will be tested in a big way when the New England Patriots visit Ralph Wilson Stadium this week, however, and If the experts are correct you should expect the Bills to fall from the undefeated ranks.
NFL Picks Week 3: Patriots Vs. Bills
Experts take the New England Patriots across the board against the Buffalo Bills, but they also agree that this could be a fun one to watch.


Starting with SB Nation’s Andrew Sharp, who says take the Pats and the 9-point spread.
Ryan Fitzpatrick's been called underrated so many times that he's becoming a little overrated. Same goes for the Bills. They're a good team who should win eight or nine games this season, and as I said Monday, Bills games will be a lot of fun to watch all year long.
But Tom Brady's passed for 940 yards in two games, and this week he's facing Leodis McKelvin, Terrence McGee, Jairus Byrd, and George Wilson in the Buffalo secondary. It could get ugly.
The World Wide Leader agrees, picking the Patriots across its board of eight human experts and one computer expert. Accuscore says the Bills will cover, at least, predicting a final score of 31.3-24.7.
CBSSports experts were also united against the Bills. Pete Prisco has the the Patriots winning by ten, saying that games between teams with great offenses and poor defenses often come down to the difference at quarterback, and by his calculations Tom Brady is still better than Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Sports Illustrated’s Peter King finished off the clean sweep for the Patriots, taking the the away team by six points and predicting that, no matter what, this game should be a fun one. And that’s all that really matters, right?
