Packers Vs. Bears: Game Time, TV Schedule, Announcers And More

The Packers have been running up and down the field almost at will, but their defense probably needs to improve to beat the Bears in Week 3.

The Green Bay Packers are exactly where they wanted to be heading into their Week 3 matchup with the Chicago Bears. How they got here, though, has not been quite the route they wanted. The Packers have allowed 400-yard passers in each of their first two games, have surrendered 57 points and given up more than 950 yards of offense.

That the Packers sit at 2-0 is almost entirely do with their offense that has been just as good as their defense has been bad. Aaron Rodgers thrown for 620 yards and five touchdowns and the Packers have scored an eye-popping 72 points.

The Bears haven't exactly been shutting down opponents on defense, either. Last week, they gave up 30 points to the same New Orleans Saints defense the Packers scored 42 points against.

For this game to stay interesting, it likely means Jay Cutler will have to improve on what has so far been an up and down season. The Bears quarterback looked great in Week 1, passing for 312 yards and two touchdowns against the Atlanta Falcons, but not so good against the Saints when he completed just 19 of 45 passes.
