NFL Odds Week 4: Steelers Vs. Texans

Both the Pittsburgh Steelers and Houston Texans are dealing with injuries, but the Texans are favored by more than a field goal at home.

Both the Houston Texans and Pittsburgh Steelers are 2-1, and both have beaten the Indianapolis Colts. Houston beat the Colts easily, while Pittsburgh played poorly and needed a last minute field goal to win their game against Indy. Unsurprisingly, the Texans are favored at home.

The home team opened as three-point favorites, but that line has moved considerably. According to Odds Shark, the Texans have become bigger favorites since the lines came out according to just about everybody. The consensus now has the Texans favored by four points.

Arian Foster's status is still up in the air for the Texans, but backup Ben Tate has been fantastic in his absence, and there's been no stopping Andre Johnson so far this season. On the other side of the ball, the Steelers' offensive line has been absolutely decimated by injuries, and is going to have a very tough time against the Texans' front seven on Sunday.
