Falcons Vs. Giants, NFL Playoffs 2012: Game Time, TV Schedule And More

The Atlanta Falcons and New York Giants are are playing in one of two Wild Card match-ups as the 2012 NFL Playoffs continue on in the first weekend of postseason action. Considering both teams looked like Super Bowl contenders at points during the regular season, the game is probably a must-watch for football fans -- especially since it's Sunday and that's what we do when it's cold outside.

The Falcons and Giants will kickoff at 1 p.m. ET as they attempt to advance through the NFC Wild Card round and into a shark tank that will include the defending champion Green Bay Packers. Fox has the television rights for the early afternoon game on Sunday.

It should be an interesting game as Falcons lineman John Abraham has decided he's going to play every defensive down while the Giants attempt to run all over him and the rest of the Atlanta defensive line.

Check out Big Blue View for the latest on the Giants and The Falcoholic for the latest on the Falcons, and head on over to the SBNation NFL news hub for everything you need to know about the 2012 playoffs.
