NFL odds Week 6: Bills vs. Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals are a 3.5-point favorite at home Sunday against the Buffalo Bills

Coming off their first loss of the season last Thursday night to the St. Louis Rams, the Arizona Cardinals look to bounce back at home in Week 6 against the Buffalo Bills. Arizona opened as 3.5-point favorites and the over/under opened at 43.

The Cardinals will be desperately thin at running back with the loss of Ryan Williams to a season-ending injury. The team is already without Beanie Wells until at least Thanksgiving with a turf toe injury.

On the other side, Buffalo (2-3) boasts the top ground attack in the NFL with 198 yards rushing per game. The Bills, however, are coming off a dismal Week 5 performance agains the San Francisco 49ers, in which they were the first team in NFL history to allow 300 yards passing and 300 yards rushing to the same team.

Buffalo is 0-3 against the spread as an underdog this season, losing each of those games by 20 points or more, according to Odds Shark.

Sunday’s game kicks off at 4:05 p.m. ET and will be broadcast by CBS. Check out all of this week’s NFL odds at SB Nation and Odds Shark.
