Both teams turned in surprising performances in Week 10. The Bengals handed the defending Super Bowl-champion New York Giants a 31-13 defeat on Sunday, and the Chiefs held a lead in regulation for the first time this season before falling to the Pittsburgh Steelers in overtime, 16-13.

The Bengals and their opponents have combined to score 50.1 points per game, while the Chiefs and their foes average 44.6 points per contest.
