NFL picks Week 15: Broncos vs. Ravens

The Broncos seem to be the trendy pick heading into their meeting against the Ravens on Sunday. If things end up playing out that way, trouble would be on the horizon for Baltimore.

The Denver Broncos ride an eight-game winning streak into M&T Bank Stadium this weekend, where they'll face the Baltimore Ravens, losers of two straight.

Even with the losing streak, the Ravens are still 9-4, and present the biggest threat Denver has faced since losing to the New England Patriots, 31-21, on Oct. 7. The Broncos (10-3) had one of the toughest schedules in the league during the first part of the season, losing to the Patriots, Atlanta Falcons and Houston Texans. However, their strength of schedule has gotten significantly easier since then, and their record shows it.

Meanwhile, Baltimore is in a rut after losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Redskins in consecutive weeks. Things don't get easier down the stretch for the Ravens, as they'll face the New York Giants and Cincinnati Bengals to close out the season.

Since Denver has its division clinched, all of the pressure in this game falls on the shoulders of the Ravens. Six out of ESPN’s eight analysts who have submitted picks don’t believe they’ll handle it well, picking the Broncos to win. The ratio of CBS Sports’ experts who are going with Denver is identical, while two out of three Yahoo! Sports writers feel the Broncos will steal one on the road, as well.
