Alfred Morris wraps up Week 17 with big night

Rob CarrMorris wraps up his regular season with 1,613 yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground. He pitched in 11 receptions for 77 yards in the passing game.
Fantasy Impact: Morris’ big rookie season was surprising for a lot of reasons, not the least of which was the fact that head coach Mike Shanahan actually let one running back handle the rushing workload for an entire season. Morris should be considered an RB1 in standard fantasy formats heading into next season. He gets dinged in PPR formats, but that shouldn’t stop him from being selected among the first running backs in the draft.

Alfred Morris was unstoppable for the Redskins, finding the end zone three times and finishing with 200 yards. Washington would give him the ball over and over again - on the team’s third-quarter scoring drive, he got the ball five straight times, running for 49 yards - and Dallas had no answer. A great game from Morris on a day fellow rookie Robert Griffin III didn’t have it going through the air.
