Jordan Jefferson’s Draft Grade Isn’t Too Great

It wasn’t a good week for Jordan Jefferson, despite his insistence that he passed whatever test the NFL Combine was with flying colors. Now that the Combine is over, grades and ratings are being handed out, and the former LSU quarterback didn’t fare so well. This all probably doesn’t bode well for his draft stock going forward.

↵How bad was it? Jefferson scored a 44 out of 100 on NFL.com’s scale. Out of the 315 players at the Combine, Jefferson’s rating was the worst.

↵

↵

The player that garnered the highest rating was quarterback Andrew Luck of Stanford with a 97. Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III drew a 95. Jefferson was unable to outscore Purdue kicker Carson Wiggs, who finished 314 out of 315 with a 44.7 score.

↵

↵No idea what this means or whether these ratings are important, but at the very least, it’s a wee bit embarrassing to be last and behind a kicker.

↵Edit: The grades were apparently done before the combine, so perhaps he improved upon the initial marks he received.
