The Philadelphia Eagles' rookie minicamp will start up on Saturday and it looks the quarterback in those sessions will be former Miami Hurricanes QB Jacory Harris, who went undrafted last April. Harris, a four-year starter at Miami, signed a contract with the Eagles on Friday.
Jacory Harris Will Join Eagles Rookie Minicamp
Harris did receive an invite to work out for the Miami Dolphins at their rookie minicamp last week, but did not sign a contract with them.
Harris ended the 2011 season at Miami with 2,486 passing yards, 20 touchdowns and nine interceptions. He had more than 8,500 passing yards in his college career.
The Eagles also drafted a quarterback this year, Nick Foles.
The Eagles’ rookie minicamp will include all of their draft picks, undrafted free agents and other tryout players. The minicamp will not include any contact but it will be the first time the coaches can get on the field with their new players.
