The Baltimore Ravens have only been holding training camp for a couple of days, and they already have a holdout on their hands. Veteran offensive tackle Bryant McKinnie is, somewhat unsurprisingly, the source of it — but the surprise is that he was expected to be at camp:
Bryant McKinnie Already Fined $30,000 By Ravens, According To Report
Ravens have already fined McKinnie $30k for missing Wed report day

McKinnie’s likely going to be fined more than that going forward, as the $30K is the daily fine for missing camp. McKinnie’s absence is reportedly due to a personal matter, but that could mean pretty much anything when it comes to the mammoth tackle, who has long been had one of the NFL’s larger gulfs between innate talent and dedication to the game.
McKinnie spent much of the 2011 lockout working on recording music, and showed up to Ravens camp out of shape; that pattern continued when he showed up heavier than the Ravens wanted for OTAs in 2012.
