Never Change, Taylor Mays

Remember this hit by Taylor Mays? Sure you do. How could you forget? It was one of those moments that gets seared into your brain.

Well, it happened again ... kind of. Mays tried to replicate it in a preseason game against the New York Jets on Friday. Tried is the operative word there, because only one player got hurt. And that player was Mays.

Or, from the other angle:

Hopefully he’s alright, but yeah .. that wasn’t a good idea. He led with his head down and found himself in all sorts of trouble. And the result was an injury -- the fourth on the night for the Bengals.

Going to be a long season, Cincy fans!
