Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden has shown flashes of the form that made him one of the league's most promising young running backs throughout his first four season in the NFL. Entering 2012, the injury issues that have limited McFadden are gone, and McFadden is eager to get back to running hard.
Darren McFadden Looking Forward To A Healthy Season
McFadden told 95.7 The Game in San Francisco that his foot, which troubled him in 2011, feels just fine:
”I feel like my foot is doing great so far, it’s been holding up for me great. I’m just looking forward to getting out there on the field and showing everybody what a healthy Darren McFadden can do.“McFadden’s also looking forward to a zone blocking scheme and a reunion with offensive coordinator Greg Knapp, who returned to Oakland in 2012. In Knapp’s zone blocking scheme in his rookie season, McFadden averaged more than four yards per carry.
