Quarterback Matt Flynn will start the Seattle Seahawks' preseason opener against the Tennessee Titans this Saturday, according to reports. Rookie signal-caller Russell Wilson will start the second half, according to the SB Nation blog Field Gulls, as Seattle attempts to figure out what it has in its two quarterback acquisitions from the offseason.

What this means for last year's starter, Tarvaris Jackson, is up for some debate. Jackson has made 34 starts in his six-year NFL career, compared to a combined two for the duo of Flynn and Wilson, so the Seahawks' coaches have a pretty good idea of what they have in the quarterback. Jackson may be slipping down the depth chart, or the coaching staff may just want to see more from the unproven commodities.
