Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman will play in the team's Thursday night game against the Green Bay Packers, according to a Tweet from the NFL Network's Alex Flanagan. Tillman suffered a shin injury in the season opener against the Indianapolis Colts and missed the majority of the game. He also did not practice during the week.

That leaves a hole in Chicago’s secondary, but it also leaves the Bears lacking on special teams. The Pro Bowl corner was a key blocker on the Bears’ punt-return team, matching up with the opposing gunner.
Tillman is entering his 10th year in the league, all of which were played with Chicago. He picked up three interceptions and 12 passes defended in the 2011 season.
