Giants Make Their Mark In NFL History With Offensive Explosion
The performance ranked high in a few records: Manning’s 510 yards passing was the second-most in team history, just barely missing out on beating a 513-yard performance by Phil Simms in 1985, and the eighth most in NFL history. The team’s 604 yards offense was also the second-best figure in team history and most since December 3, 1950, when the team put up 609 yards.
