Devery Henderson Injury: Saints Receiver Down After Big Hit

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Devery Henderson was knocked out of Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins after taking a hard hit from the Redskins' Madieu Williams in the third quarter.

Henderson's return is questionable. He made an 11-yard catch but took the hit and was slow to get up. DeAngelo Hall of Washington was also in on the hit.

It appeared that Henderson was unconscious for few moments after the hit. The catch was his only one of the game.

Henderson had 32 catches for 503 yards in 2011.
