    ‘Trick of the devil’

    Al Bello

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that deer antlers can help professional athletes. Or maybe it was convincing Sports Illustrated to publish PED allegations about Ray Lewis just a few days before the Super Bowl. Who can say!

He said he wants to partner with one team and supply them with products from S.W.A.T.S. in order to show the product effectiveness. The company’s deer antler velvet spray contains IGF-1 and is banned by the NFL, but that isn’t the only product the company offers.

While the effectiveness, and NFL legality of S.W.A.T.S. products remains to be seen, finding a team willing to partner with the company could prove to be quite the challenge.

Report: Ray Lewis used a banned substance?

    USA TODAY Sports

Ray Lewis and the rest of the Super Bowl players are in the middle of Media Day Tuesday, but while he answers questions about Sunday’s game this afternoon, the rest of this week should bring plenty of questions about his triceps injury a few months ago.

Tuesday he was asked about a report from Sports Illustrated at Super Bowl media day and said, “Two years ago that was the same report. I wouldn’t give that report or him any of my press. He’s not worthy of that.”
