Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones and running back Steven Jackson were held out of practice on Tuesday.
Julio Jones, Steven Jackson sit out Falcons practice
Julio Jones and Steven Jackson both missed practice on Tuesday, although Jones’ injury isn’t considered serious.

Jones suffered a minor knee injury in Sunday night's loss to the New England Patriots, but he finished the game and got over 100 receiving yards for the third time this season. Jones has been limited in most practices this season with a knee issue, but it has yet to slow him down. He leads the NFL with 481 receiving yards in four games. Jones is not expected to miss any time.
Jackson missed his second straight game with a hamstring injury. He has yet to practice since suffering the injury in Week 2. The Falcons have a bye in Week 6, giving Jackson a chance to return in Week 7. He remains out for the foreseeable future. Jacquizz Rodgers has been handling the majority of snaps in his absence, with Jason Snelling on short-yardage duty. Rodgers had 88 yards from scrimmage against the Patriots.
